Separate catalog and playback failures
If no catalog loads, check source credentials first. If titles load but one will not play, test other items and note whether you get a blank screen, an error or audio without video.
Check the source and format
Expired stream URLs, connection limits and unsupported codecs can stop playback. Ask your provider to validate the same item and supply a compatible format for your device.
Send a useful report
