One channel or every channel?
Check several channels. A few empty entries can mean incomplete provider coverage or mismatched channel identifiers. An entirely empty guide may indicate missing guide access or a failed refresh.
Validate provider data
Ask whether the source includes current guide information. For XMLTV, confirm the channel identifiers match the playlist. A successful playlist login does not prove that guide data is available.
Refresh and report
Reload the guide if supported, then report affected channel names and your device details. Share a screenshot without private source URLs or login information.
