Subtitle availability depends on the stream and the player edition. If subtitle controls are present during playback, check which languages and tracks are offered for that item.
When a track is missing
Test another title and ask your provider whether the affected stream includes subtitles. A subtitle language in a catalog description does not guarantee a playable subtitle track.
Report timing or display issues
Note the title, language, track, app version and device. Describe whether subtitles are absent, delayed or displayed incorrectly. External subtitle import and delay controls should only be used where the installed edition supports them.
